Rhizome Sequencer
Rhizome is a 4x4 drum sequencer that can be used with one hand.
The rhythm grid is in the top left corner, instruments are at the bottom and modifier keys are on the right.
Maize Drum Machine
Maize is a drum synth that has 8 FM instruments. Each of these instruments has two parameters that controls their timbre.
Maize has an internal clock, a start/stop button and a record button.
Record an instrument by first selecting it (one of the 8 buttons) and then holding down record. Then tap the wooden enclosure to record a sequence. A piezo microphone records intensity and rhythm into the internal sequencer.
Set the speed by holding down start/stop and tapping the wooden enclosure.
Reeds Synthesizer
Reeds is a simple string synth with an actual guitar string that can be used to control the VCA. A slider pot is used for the pitch and plucking the guitar string controls the envelope. Scale can be set by a rotary encoder.
Additionally, three buttons can be used to play different chords polyphonically, using the slider's input as the root note.
The left hand controls slider and chord buttons while the right hand is used to pluck the string. A piezo microphone is used to pick up the vibrations of the string.
Digitalis Synthesizer
A polyphonic synthesizer that grows as you use it. The timbre starts simple and soft and grows more complex over time. Each synth has its own DNA so they all end up sounding different.
An evolve knob allows the player to control the extent of the effect. Its range grows larger depending on how many hours the synth has been used for.
An envelope modifier determines how much the effect is amplified by the envelope while the evolve knob sets the minimum effect.
Citrus Synthesizer
Runs an open source clone of the 303. The sequencer consists of 8 buttons with a rotary encoder to switch between notes, slides and accent edit mode.
